Redemption: Booking required online or by contacting The Real Gran Turismo (RGT LTD) directly.
8-week cancellation policy on full day track days and car hires subject to prior confirmation of attendance. Within this 8 week period no refunds available prior to event.
If changes to the event date are made by RGT LTD that result in customer being unable to attend, you will be eligible for a refund.
Where third party vouchers have been purchased, refunds cannot be made by RGT LTD and terms may differ depending on third party terms of sale.
All open vouchers valid for booking for 6 month period unless otherwise stated.
Event participation no more than 12 months from purchase.
Must bring printed voucher on day or show it on the mobile phone with valid voucher code.
Must be 18 or over.
Min 5ft tall as customers must be able to reach the pedals (booster seat available).
Sessions available Monday to Sunday
Full day track days begin at 08.15 unless otherwise instructed. Check your confirmation email.
The Real Gran Turismo does not control track conditions and is not responsible for lost track time due to hazards on track, flags or poor weather, which may effect your actual track time. Indicated track time is guide only.
RGT LTD can not guarantee the use of any particular car, where a car becomes unavailable or unsuitable for track use a suitable alternative will be provided. We cannot be held liable for mechanical failures. Where mechanical failures take place on a track day a backup car may be provided.
If no backup car can be provided on your day The Real Gran Turismo will supply a suitable hire car for an alternative date.
The Real Gran Turismo can not be held liable for costs incurred outside of our control i.e. travel costs, trackday entry costs or lost time.
Restrictions:
6 foot 5 inches max height and 18 stone max weight limit for Ariel Atom. RGT Staff have right to discretion on vehicle suitability for each participant based on suitable weather and track conditions, height and weight and car safety checks.
Full drivers licence required. Both Drivers licence card and also paper section to be
shown prior to driving participation.
Customers must sign indemnity form.
The Real Gran Turismo Ltd reserves the right to refuse the customer if deemed under
the influence of alcohol or drugs or if individual in question can be deemed as physically unfit to drive.
Check merchant website prior to attending to see if driving experience has been
cancelled due to adverse weather conditions; driving experience will be rescheduled.
Voucher valid on option purchased only.
Insurance waiver required to be signed on the day.
Where optional insurance is purchased, there will be minimum 10% liability for insurance excess costs towards claim.
All our trackday hire cars come with mechanical support, insurance and a full tank of fuel for your enjoyment.
