With our new Ariel Atom rental and Lotus Exige rental opportunities we are really opening up the world of A-list track stars to you, the driving enthusiast.

With more and more cars at ours (and your) disposal we are always on the lookout for the next big, exciting, adrenaline fueled driving experiences. Whether they are on road or on track, there is fun to be had at our various track day sessions, drift academy at Brands Hatch, or organised driving experiences and driving adventures to the Nurburgring, Alpine Passes of Switzerland, Highlands and Snowdonia driving experiences.

So with all the hoorah surrounding the RGT Free Run event, which is taking place on Sunday, 11th March '12, it is easy to overlook some of the more 'bread and butter' petrol head destinations. I have noticed many people approaching me with weird and wonderful ideas of new roads to find because they saw it on TV, or Clarkson and his due of ageing groupies went to such-and-such a road to take the mickie out of a brand new MP4-12C or something.

Don't worry, for those of you looking for exotic road trips and driving experiences there is plenty to come, and with our latest dates for 2012 all in the calendar it is time to get serious about booking your adventure for 2012 from the UK.

As well as the Drift Academy where you can learn to drift in one of our 3 Nissan 350Z drift cars, and the new Ariel Atom experience which means you can borrow our Ariel Atom 3 and feel what it is like to drive an Ariel Atom, on your own, anywhere from a day to a week.

We are still also running Nurburgring Trips from the UK, where we will head straight from the UK all the way through to our superb hotel where we will sleep, eat, drink and enjoy the tyre burning, G-Force building, sense distorting race track adventure that is our organised driving trip to the Nurburgring from the UK.

So as a general idea, going driving with a bunch of other fast cars is usually quite a good one. problem is, it is too long before touring season and some of us petrol heads simply can't wait that long.

That's why, as an exercise in familiarity and fun, we simply cant wait and have to get an event together. Cue a whole load of urgent planning and brain storming which will surely produce a day to remember . We will be going on a drive with a difference, from start to finish taking at least 3-4 hours through country roads you never knew existed on your own doorstep.

With everyone welcome, from Golf to Gallardo, we want to get all of our communities together, in the spirit of the petrol head, and safely and confidently cover serious ground, stopping occasionally for food, fuel and a good gnatter.

The Real Gran Turismo are about getting into cars and driving, and getting as many people involved as possible, so if you think this sounds good, spread the word and keep tabs on the website and be sure to be there.
